I have something very important to share with you. Today we are going to be talking about how eating healthier food will effect your lives.

Eating healthier foods can effect your every day lives. The ways that it can do this is but making for feel so much better. whenever you eat unhealthy food even though we might think that it tastes better it is very bad for you, eating unhealthy foods can make you bloated and sometimes make you really sick.

Now even though we might think that these foods from places like Mcdonolds or burger king are good doesn’t mean that they are good for you. Mabye good for you’re taste buds but is it really worth it to feel bloated and gross feeling I would say not. Some people eat out almost every single day, I have no problem if you want to eat out every single day however eat something other than fast food and if you eat fast food make sure it is a brand that uses safe ingredients and healthier ingredients as well.

Eating out every day is not only ruining your insides but making you feel like yo cant move because you are so constipated.

Make sure whenever you are eating out you are eating something other than just fast foods. there are many other restraunts/fast food places that you can find much better food at you usually the same price and even if its a little more its better than being sick.

I’m not saying that you cant eat fast food every once and a wile just not evert single day.

Eating healthy snacks is also a must. i will admit i eajoy my snacks but somethings can have a lot of calories and make you feel sick again because of the ingredients put in it. and i know that you can find lots of delicious snacks that you can buy and make when ever in a budget.

this leads he to my next thing mang people think that snacks that are healthier are much more expensive and i used to think that myself until I started compairing and found out that sometimes people can find heathier snacks cheaper

now this leads to my ending i made this to show you that you didn’t have to make as much of an effort and a bigger budget to overall eat healthier, thanks for reading.
